- Personal Identifiable Information: The App does not collect, use, disclose, transfer, or store personal identifiable information (PII).
- Diagnostic Data: The App may collect diagnostic data using Bugsnag to improve functionality and identify security issues. Diagnostic data does not include PII and is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- App Usage Data: The App may collect app usage data using Datadog to optimize features and improve the overall user experience. App usage data does not include PII and is handled in accordance with the EU GDPR and CCPA.
Network and Photo Access
- Network Access: The App uses network access to retrieve localized chess opening data.
- Photo Library Access: The App uses photo library access only to save chess game and opening screenshots. It reads only the photos you select when you submit feedback.
- You can deny network and photo access at any time in your device settings.
